A brand new event launched to meet the needs of OEMs sourcing plastic mouldings, rapid prototyped parts and services and bespoke shaped metal parts. The Plastics, Prototyping and Metals Exhibition (PPME) has been created to bring together a collection of key materials forming processes that form the backbone of OEM activity across the entire UK manufacturing spectrum.

PPME continues the unique roadshow format that has proved an outstanding success for visitors to the co-located FAST Exhibition since 2005. This new event will showcase leading suppliers of formed plastics, rapid prototyped parts and services and shaped metals alongside the fastening, bonding and assembly methods used with them at The FAST Exhibition.

You can’t beat face-to-face discussions to solve a design engineering, production engineering or supply problem. PPME provides the perfect opportunity to meet with a portfolio of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable leading providers in plastics moulding, prototyped parts and service and shaped metals. Your time here won’t just save project or production time and money – it can also open up new and rewarding opportunities that you may not otherwise have considered!

Every exhibitor is UK based so all their specialist application advice and products are readily available to you. And their expert advice is free! It is common to see some of the UK’s best design engineers and production professionals bring samples or drawings with them for expert appraisal and discussion. So feel free to bring your design or production challenges with you.

According to on-going visitor research it is a fact that more than 90% of all FAST visitors have achieved the objectives of their visit. PPME’s unique ‘Roadshow’ format has been designed to provide answers for busy people who want to get in, get round, get answers/solutions and get back to work with the minimum of time and fuss.

The Exhibition opens for business at 08:30 especially for those wishing to make an early start. Entry to the event at The Concorde Conference Centre is by pre-registration ONLY.

Pre-register in advance for a VIP Visitor badge and claim free exhibition entry, free parking, a free bacon roll and drink on arrival and an exclusive tour of the iconic Concorde.

The Plastics, Prototyping and Metals Exhibition will be held at the Concorde Conference Centre. As a visitor, you will have the opportunity to experience a tour of the iconic Concorde.

The Opening Hours will be from 8:30 until 14:30 on Thursday 21st April 2016

By car: From the M56, leave at Junction 6 and follow the A538 to Wilmslow. After approximately 500 metres take a left turn down Sunbank Lane (opposite DHL). At the T-junction turn right onto Wilmslow Old Road and follow the road to the Runway Visitor Park gates. Satnav postcode: WA15 8XQ

By train: Manchester Airport train station is less than 3 miles from the Park. The 200 bus currently runs an hourly service to the Runway Visitor Park. For exact times please contact Traveline on 0871 200 2233. Alternatively we are a short taxi ride away.

Parking is free to all pre-registered PPME and FAST visitors and exhibitors.
